It works! November 11, 2008 M. L. Nelson (Potomac, MD, USA) The printer table/file cabinet is easy too assemble and the price was good. It perfectly matches the Mission-style computer desk purchased from Target about five or six years ago. What's not to like?
Beautiful April 8, 2008 Grad School Student (New York) I am a huge fan of the Mission-style in furniture and have several natural-colored pieces in my apartment. The finish on this piece is very smooth and light. I only saw one scratch mark on one of the sides, but it is not very noticeable unless you look extra close. Assembly was also pretty easy if you follow the directions carefully. It took me about 15 minutes to put together by myself, but I'm sure if there are two people, it would go faster. This file cart is being used as a night stand right now. The height of the table top is perfect because it allows me to read the alarm clock when I am laying down. The shelf is perfect for storing books or magazines. The only downside is that the drawer bottom is pretty flimsy (the drawer really was made for file storage). I'm sure there are some methods to re-enforce the bottom that would make it suitable for moderate storage.
Printer Stand January 22, 2008 Francis Berger (Nantucket, MA United States) We ordered the printer stand for home use. It was easy to assemble, looks nice, and seems to be made from real hardwood. Nice piece of furniture! Great price. We don't buy very much furniture, but I would really consider looking at these people's stuff in the future. A nice buy.
Easy to put together and nice looking January 3, 2008 N. Houlihan (Maine) Ordered this for my elderly mother who needs a file drawer, but has limited space. It doubles nicely as a bedside stand. Found it very easy to put together, and good directions. Furniture looks duarable and a huge step up from a metal file cabinet.
Sturdy File Cart For Normal Home/Student Use November 11, 2007 W. Rada (New Jersey, USA) Once assembled the cart appears very sturdy for normal day to day student use - not recommended for any heavy usage as in an office. I took the suggestion made by others to glue the bottom of the drawer to give it some added sturdiness - Haven't received any complaints from my daughter yet (2 months) so I guess its OK and withstanding abuse.
Assembly instructions were adequate - just follow the pictures.
