Nady pop filter works great October 14, 2008 Bruce A. Bartlett 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The gooseneck stays put, the pop filter is effective, and the price is right. The mic-stand clamp is easier to adjust than the clamp on some other models.
Great pop screen for the price September 3, 2008 D. Moore (Cleveland, OH) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Though I've only had the Nady MPF-6 for a few days, it seems to be a quality product. The clamp holds tight, and it seems to be big enough to fit a variety of mic boom stands. The arm is long enough to get it positioned easily. It's cheaper (price-wise) than the other pop screens I've scouted, and does a good job; probably as good as the [insert local music store]'s $30+ pop screens.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the arm isn't quite rigid enough for the screen, so the screen has a tendency to slowly fall from the position you leave it. But, after a little adjusting, it stays in place fairly well. I would still buy this product again.
Works like a charm but its not all that great quality August 27, 2008 James (Atlanta) title says it all. without modifications, though, the filter part can slip right out of the holder. but hey for that price, its a steal.
Good pop filter/ Bad price tag July 11, 2008 June 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Well its does take out the pop in your recordings, but this cost too much money, for something so simple, they should not charge $20.00 for something so easy to make.
Works great! May 23, 2008 Marty Bartreau (Alexandria, Virginia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this pop filter to help with my online training video recordings. It's bigger than I thought it would be and well built, except perhaps for the clamp. The clamp appears to be a little flimsy, but the unit has been moved around a bit and it's still holding together. I'm very happy with it and it works better than a windsock and I can use it on both USB and condenser mics.
