It's cheap, so what do you expect? October 14, 2008 S. King I chose this foot rest because I wasn't really sure that I'd use it that much and didn't want to spend a lot of money. For the price it's certainly not a rip-off, but it isn't exacly made of platinum-inlaid marble. In fact, my biggest complaint is that it's made of thin plastic and is very light. Since my computer desk at home is on hardwood foor, it slides very easily. Also, I am usually barefoot or in socks at home, and the texture is not particularly comfortable. However, if you plan on using it on a carpeted surface and wearing shoes, it's a decent buy for the money.
fine while it lasted..... September 24, 2008 AMKSSSKD (Seattle, WA) The foot rest was at least as effective as a phone book (ie, it was okay but didn't hold adjustments) and better looking, until it broke completely after a few years. Now I'll just buy a different one that will last longer, and maybe even be more effective than a phone book.
great footrest August 14, 2008 Gadget Guru (Irving, TX, USA) this is a very nice and ergonomic footrest that does the job well. it tilts in multiple positions and does what it is supposed to do.
good quality August 13, 2008 Nattawat Teerasuwan I bought this product a couple weeks ago. Using it everyday to decrease pressure on my feet. Working good
Reasonable price but clumsy design June 21, 2008 MD (CA, USA) I bought his footrest for the cheap price it was being sold at. Although it helps keep my feet at an elevated level, the incline is not at all smooth. A lot of times, I have tried to tilt it towards me and it just gets stuck, and when it does move, it does so with a jerk and comes down with a bang on the floor (I dont have carpet in my office). And thats a very startling sound, and now I am embarrased of moving it coz everyone turns to look! But it keeps my feet off the ground and helps my legs in the high heeled sandals. Get it if you dont want ot pay any more, but if you can affordto spend some more, go for somthing that rocks smoother.
