I have to admit, I had a lot of Christian music before having a relationship with Jesus Christ and I have to say, it wasn't the music's fault. It was mine. I didn't have the hope and assurance of what I was singing and talking about. But saying that I've known Him now for just over a year now, it makes music, especially from Chris Tomlin far more meaningful. I have grown to love lots of Christian music, but I think this artist's work is what got me hooked on contemporary christian music. I haven't been a Chris Tomlin fan from the beginning, but after hearing Indescribable on KLOVE, I knew I couldn't resist buying that album and eventually did. Then I got See The Morning. Chris Tomlin is, in my opinion a leader in praise and worship music because he clearly tells everyone who God really is and what he does for each of us everyday. Chris Tomlin and Michael W Smith are among the best in the business because they just talk of Jesus in practically every song! This single by Chris Tomlin is by far the best song I've heard yet of 2008 if not forever. "Jesus Messiah" is just as clear a representation of what Christianity should really be all about. Who Jesus is. Chris Tomlin represents an unfiltered view of my Adonai. Get his album on Sept 2nd! You won't be sorry! Ever!

I've only heard a 20 second clip of this new single "Jesus Messiah," and all I can say is God continues to bless the world through His servant Chris. The anointing of God in Chris' music is absolutely AWEsome. I thank and bless the Coming King for the ministry of this minstral. To say that I'm thrilled and can't wait until the release of this new CD would absolutely be an understatement. Chris, my prayers are with you. May our Father continue to shine His glorious Light through you. Peace +
