Good deal. November 24, 2008 Zhongying Zhang The good thing is that the first issue was delivered earlier than I expected. I only dislike there are too many advertising pages. Overall, it was a good deal: spending $18 for two years subscription and getting $10 gift back.
Meeting my expectations November 24, 2008 Todd Tregidga I have only recieved a couple of issues to this point, but I am happy with what I am seeing so far. The articles appear to be insightful and timely, which are two qualities I expected of this publication.
Expectations met November 6, 2008 novice financial prof (Provo, UT USA) I had read reviews indicating that it may take a long time to receive the magazine after my order. I must say I received it extremely quick and I've been very impressed with the delivery as well as content of the magazine. Highly recommend!
Good value November 2, 2008 J. Nicholson (PA, USA) Smart money is a little short on content volume, but it's worth the money and it's a good value (@$10 for the year). Articles and editors seem balanced and thorough enough for the average or beginner investor. I farm it mostly for reviews, links, and general ideas. The issues are just slightly thicker than a "newsweek" issue, so you do the math - it's not really a months worth of content if you're a quick reader. I keep mine in the throne room.
good for your personal financial management October 26, 2008 atlanta678 I've been subscribing for 4 or 5 years now. This is a good magazine for learning to better manage finances whether it be retirement or day-to-day. It's not a substitute for a financial advisor, nor do I believe the publisher claims the magazine is intended to be. But Smart Money does provide very useful information in every issue and I never think twice about renewing the subscription.
