Great guitar for the price November 16, 2007

I play this guitar almost every day and love it. It has a much better tone than my last guitar (which was my first guitar, a hand-me-down). The high strings (1&2) produce a little bit of rattle, which is hard to hear unless you're really paying attention. Some of the detailing is a little cheesy (the faux-brass and plastic ivory), but the wood and laquer are beautiful. These are my minor, minor complaints about a guitar that I absolutely love and am very happy with. If you're looking for a good 1st/2nd guitar or upgrading to acoustic/electric, you can't go wrong here.
