Whether you choose a genuine Delmar wrap finish or an eight-coat transparent or sparkle lacquer finish, your Pro M PMPK208U drums will look great for years to come. Mapex's low-mass lugs are secured to the shell via only one point of penetration. Fewer holes in the drum shell means less vibratory interruption, resulting in truer tone and unimpeded resonance.The bass drum's non-penetrating I.T.S. double tom holder isolates the bass drum shell from any vibration from the tom toms. The tom's mount is secured via the lugs and is not drilled directly into the shell. The Mapex I.T.S. System allows the shell to vibrate freely, allowing for maximum projection and resonance.Toms are equipped with exclusive Mapex Powerhoops. Made from 2.3mm chrome steel, the Mapex Powerhoop provides flex resistance without adding unnecessary weight that may mute the drum. Pro M sets also come equipped with Remo drum heads.
