Item came exactly as described and easy to install. I wish it would fit more glasses, as I can have no more than 6 white wine glasses, but otherwise a great product.

This product design is just fine, however, I was not really into the chrome look in my kitchen...I think I'll be switching out to a wood or wrought iron rack instead but it's a good solid product that shipped fast, just too shiny for me! Maybe if you have white cabinets like in the pic it would look better....Happy shopping!

I got this product to hide a mistake we made. We hung the sink cabinet too high. Im glad we made that mistake because the wine rack looks great.

Sharp looking design. My only beef with it is the lack of great mounting hardware. It only comes with 4 longer wood screws to attach it under a cabinet, which would stick up through the inside of th cabinet if used. I had to go dig out some thin nuts and bolts to mount it. Other under cabinet items such as an electric can opener I installed came with nuts and bolts with special tapered plastic caps to go inside the cabinet to protect fine china, etc. from being chipped by metal protruding bolt heads when being stored on the bottom of the cabinet over the screw heads.

I ordered this product for my sisters birthday. It took you guys 10 days to ship it. Somewhere in your system and the actual company it came from, the order got lost. They had to re-order it. I paid for express service and it took 10 days. I was very happy with the product, but very unhappy with the shipping.
