Amazon.com Review This classic tube-cake bundt pan is round with vertical flutings alternating between sharp/narrow and rounded/wide. Detail remains intact thanks to the pan's heavy, cast-aluminum sturdiness, which promotes even baking. Try butter bundt cake with caramel and chocolate sauce (recipe included), and the pan's capacity to create fine crusts is enticingly demonstrated. The mold holds 12 cups of batter, enough to make a festive cake for 10 to 12 people. This rust- and warp-resistant pan has a long life expectancy. The nonstick coating ensures cakes, breads, frozen desserts, and gelatin desserts and salads pop out with their pretty flutings intact. --Fred Brack

I miss my old Bundt pan May 5, 2008 Linda Jones (sleepy Hollow, IL) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I hate this pan. Cakes never come out with a flat bottom. The center is higher than the edges resulting in a pedestal effect. I've made at least 4 cakes with this pan and had the same results with each cake. I'm going shopping to see if I can find a Bundt pan of the old model.
Non-stick? NOT. July 24, 2007 Mom of 4 (Colorado) 4 out of 9 found this review helpful
This pan has a nice sturdy feel and what is touted to be a non-stick coating. The coating appears to be a good quality surface. All of that merely proves that looks can be deceiving.
I've tried coating the wretched thing with a heavy layer of non-stick spray. I've tried baking spray containing flour. I've tried Crisco and flour. I've tried Crisco alone. I've also tried a number of different recipes.
Every. Single. Recipe. Stuck.
The foul thing is now going in to the trash, because if I donate it to a thrift store, some other luckless baker will undoubtedly find herself with a pile of crumbs instead of a birthday cake. I'm going to purchase a Cuisinart pan, in hopes of actually being able to produce an intact Bundt cake.
Still growling over my most recent disaster...
High Quality April 10, 2007 J. Gray (Michigan) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The standard to judge other bundt pans! Solid and well finished. Cakes release easily with no worries. Amazon's packaging and speedy delivery was a treat.
Best pan I have ever had. March 8, 2007 Thomas W. Valentine 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The cake came out with such eas, It was pleasure making a bundt cake again and it didn't stick.
An excellent light weight pan January 3, 2007 S. Mitchell (Tyler, TX United States) 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
Nordic has high quality products but personally I prefer the more expensive and heavier bundt pan they make for my large bundt cakes. For most baking users will find this pan adequate. My cakes usually require the 12+ cup bundt pan.
