5 out of 5 stars Great Product for Fast DInners   May 15, 2008
Lohtse101 (Seattle, WA)
George Foreman GRP90WGR Next Grilleration Removable-Plate Grill with 5 Plates, Red

At the time I bought this, this was $128. And worth every penny. The first thing I cooked were two quarter-pound pre-made Angus burgers, frozen solid. They cooked in 6-10 minutes and I think I got almost an eighth of a pound of grease out of them. That really opened my eyes.

This product is great for quickly cooking meat from both sides and browning it just the way I like. And what takes thirty minutes on the stovetop takes eight on the George Foreman. Our family has been using it almost every day since it showed up.

Pros:
Fast
Drains grease and doesn't spatter everywhere
Versatile (we made great waffles and hotdogs)
Can brown meat nicely but still leave it oh-so-juicy inside
The plates/teflon clean fairly easily.

Cons:
The steak plate, with it's grill design, needs some digging with the sponge or a toothbrush.
When you open the grill, grease can drip down in the hinges -- remember to jiggle it a little.
Where are the extra plates? I'd like to have another set of the plates that come along with the grill.

No kitchen is complete without this product.

4 out of 5 stars Love it!   May 9, 2008

I had a couple different GF grills over the years, and this one is by far the best one I've had. I love the fact that the plates can be removed and cleaned. I've even put them in the dishwasher and they come out sparkling. My only problem is that it's hard to store all the extra plates because they don't stack on top of each other well.

5 out of 5 stars Great indoor grill   May 9, 2008

This is a great indoor grill to have around. It does what an outdoor grill can do. The clean up is very easy. The only thing to watch out for is that this grill gets HOT, even when you set the temp to mid.

4 out of 5 stars Foreman Grill works for us!   May 4, 2008
Joyce A. Luthman (Nampa, ID)
We were looking ofr something to grill fish and burgers and this George Foreman Grill does the job. We haven't used the other features of the removeable grill plates but anticipate they will work as well as the primary grilling plates.

My husband was impressed that the plates removed so easily and cleaned up in a snap. This replaced a much smaller, off brand grill that was difficult to clean and couldn't cook more than 2 burgers at a time.

We're very happy with our grill and would highly recommend it anyone who enjoys grilling on the kitchen counter!

4 out of 5 stars Wow what a unit   May 2, 2008

George Foreman...........What can you say. A great product that works well. There is a bit of learning curve to change the plates because the instructions are not very clear. Otherwise the unit is great and works well.
