Product Description Cuisinart 622-20 Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 8in. Open Skillet
Amazon.com Review From eggs at breakfast to fish, chicken, or steak at dinnertime, this 8-inch open skillet is a great all-round performer when cooking for one or two. The advanced Quantanium nonstick coating is designed for healthy low-fat cooking, and titanium reinforcement makes it tough enough for use with metal utensils Even the most delicate foods can be cooked without sticking, and cleanup is quick and easy. Cuisinart Chef's Classic cookware is constructed from durable 3mm hard-anodized aluminum, providing superb heat transfer without hot spots. The securely riveted stay-cool steel handles are oven-safe to 500 degrees F, so food can be browned on the stovetop then transferred to the oven to finish cooking. This pan should be hand-washed with a mild detergent, and it carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects. --Simon Leake

LOVE IT!!! CLEANING IS A SNAP! November 2, 2008 Phyllis Cinque (CHICAGO IL) THIS PRODUCT MAKES ME ALMOST LIKE COOKING, BECAUSE THE CLEANUP IS SO EASY. AND YOU CAN PUT THE WHOLE THING IN THE OVEN TOO!
Cuisinart - CaCa October 29, 2008 Dana Demerchant (Springfield , VT USA) After 4-5 years of owning this is deteriorated and was recently replaced. I would not buy this product again.
Me October 25, 2008 P. Quain Nice skillet. It is designed well and works great. However, the test is to see how it performs after many uses and how long the nonstick surface lasts. But I will probably order a 10" skillet as well.
Best Buy June 30, 2008 Kutegirl (New Jersey) This is the best pot to buy, it don't even require cleaning. Very good buy.
After Two Months June 29, 2008 James K. Wobser (Hyampom, CA) I am very disappointed with this product. Almost everything sticks to it, especially eggs, which is what I bought it for.
