What you see is what you get -- there isn't much to say. It does its job beautifully -- it holds a sponge.
The major benefit of this is that in encourages people to use it, reducing the number of times someone leaves the sponge in greasy water or at the bottom of a full sink. Putting it into the holder means it's more likely to be dry (lots of germs like moisture), and much easier to find.

I bought this to replace a sponge holder that suction-cupped to the inside of my sink. The old holder kept slipping, so I decided to get something new. I was worried that the sponge holder would clutter up my counter, but it looks very nice. The holder is very sturdy, and seems like it will last quite awhile.

I agree with the other reviewers: if you want an attractive sponge holder that won't rust, then you can't beat this for the price. Go for it.

I bought 2 of these, one for dish sponge and one for surface sponge. They are sturdy and add a classy touch to my kitchen.
