This delightful Tambour Style Mantel Clock features: Radio controlled time (hours, minutes, seconds) and automatic adjustable daily time. Select from four time zones: Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern. The clock is easy to use and requires only one simple operation: Insert one AA alkaline battery, press time zone, and wait for WWVB signal reception. The clock will receive its signal throughout continental US and most of Canada. Manual set tab. Available in Cherry and Oak finish. Assembly level/degree of difficulty: No Assembly Required. I purchased this as a gift for my wife over a year ago. We both love it. It looks like a classic piece of antique furnishing but is keeps exceptional time as well. Well made and, other than batteries(which I haven't had to change yet), it is maintenance free. NOTE: if you are buying this clock for up-to-the-minute accuracy, you must be able to place the clock where it can receive the radio signal--if it doesn't receive the updating signal, it won't update--but it will still run fine. Highly Recommend!

I bought this to put on top of our entertainment center in our family room. It's a great size, we can easily read the time from anywhere in the room. It looks very nice and I really like the atomic update feature. Very convenient.

This is fine clock that looks great on our mantle. During its "start-up" phase we enjoyed watching the hour and minute hands magically spin around the face until the (very) accurate time is established.

This item was purchased as a gift for my father. He has commented many times how much he appreciated the clock which has taken up residence on his fireplace mantel. It keeps perfect time, and the numbers are large enough to read from a distance.
