Product Description We not only have a great price on Displex, but we include 10 100% pure cotton patches so you do not have to buy cotton patches or cloth to use with the displex! (100% cotton MUST be used) It has come to our attention that others are selling the Displex ONLY on this listing and not suppying the cotton pads. If you buy this and you don't receive the cotton pads as claimed in the listing make sure to file with Amazon and leave them a bad feedback.THE PROBLEM: Mobile telephone displays scratch very easily and thus appear shabby and unsightly. Only a few manufacturers offer replacement displays and even then the exchange is usually very costly. THE SOLUTION: DISPLEX offers a simple solution for this widespread customer problem. With this new type of special polishing paste, end users have for the first time the possibility of eliminating the scratches in their mobile phone displays quickly and cost effectively in a do-it-yourself process THE USE: Apply some DISPLEX to the mobile phone display. Polish the scratched areas with heavy pressure for 2-3 minutes with a soft, clean cotton cloth. Repeat application as necessary for deep scratches. Remove residue Attention: do not polish coated surfaces; treat the transparent part of the display lens exclusively. Contents of tube of 5g is sufficient for approx. 8-10 applications. HOW IT WORKS: The plastic lens is lightly dissolved and polished with fine abrasive particles. The corners of the scratch traces are rounded off and the fissure bottom filled out with the material of the lens itself.

Really good, but not perfect August 29, 2008 Thomas C. Voltaggio (Cherry Hill, NJ) My Blackberry screen got scratched and I really wanted something to take the scratches out. The reviews made it clear you really had to rub a long time and I did and did and did..... The result was that all the light scratches came out fine, but the deep ones needed multiple applications and still were visible, although much, much better than what they were. All-in-all, it's a great product, although not perfect.
Works,,,,Well August 1, 2008 J. P. L. (New Jersey, USA) i used this product on a Blackjack II screen that was covered in cloudy patches of scratches. It did take 3 applications, and about 10 minutes of hard rubbing, but hey, the cloudiness is gone. however, there was one big scratch, and it didnt really work on that, so i would say.. great for small scratches not so great for anything else.
Made It Worse !!! July 15, 2008 Florentino (Oklahoma) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Tried to use on a Motorola Z9 phone and carefully followed instructions to the T. The result is, that where I applied the product, I now have a permanent splotch of milky haze on the display in addition to the original scratch that is still there. Careful with this stuff. It doesn't work on any surface.
It did work, but I'm not sure if it wasn't just because of the extensive rubbing July 1, 2008 Water28 I had a nasty scratches on my cell phone display (caused by a very unfortunate nail filer accident) and I tried all sorts of products that turned out quite useless. This one performed better, but only after really amazingly a lot of rubbing. At the end the scratches were gone, but there was this smooth dip on the display still visible around the edges. I covered the display with an Invisible Shield cover film (from http://www.zagg.com/) and now the dip is totally unnoticeable.
Works as promised July 1, 2008 J. Owens 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I must admit, considering the hodgepodge of reviews for and against this product, I was a bit skeptical. But, since I strive to keep my electronics looking like new and I especially hate scratched up devices, I had to give it a try.
It took a few applications, but this product did what I expected of it and more. It removed the scratches from my new cell phone finish and polished it back into a mirror shine. I didn't use it for the display, but two plastic trim pieces which looked horrible in bright light until I rubbed on the displex.
It requires a little work and elbow grease, but gave me what I expected - results.
