Solid, reliable, and good price September 7, 2008 Whitfit (Toronto, Canada) I bought four of these cards for use in my Nikon D80 on a recent trip to southeast Asia. They did exactly what an SD card is supposed to do, and the speeds are relatively quick and the capacity is good for the price. What more can one say about a memory card?
I know some people have had trouble with this (and other) cards crashing, and all I can say is that I have never had that problem with any cards (I have only used Olympus XD cards, and Kingston and Transcend SD cards), but that I am careful to reformat the cards in the device I am using before the first use, and then after every time after I download from the card. From what I have read, that is the key to keeping cards from getting corrupted and crashing.
works as expected September 3, 2008 M. Hernandez I've had my Transcend 4 GB card for about month. No problems as of yet. I have a database for a dictionary stored on the card and my dictionary still seems to run fast.
4GB Transcend SD HC Card September 1, 2008 Robert E. Nagy (Hot Springs Village , AR) Product works as well as the Kingston or San Disk sD cards of the same capacity. No problems
Great Item August 30, 2008 Julie Thomas This product seems to work just great. No problems at all. In fact, it came with a card reader that wasn't expected. Wonderful purchase.
Good product; good value August 29, 2008 Joshua Bluhm (Southwestern NY) I purchased this to double the capacity of my 4GB Creative Zen, which it did quite nicely. I've owned it for almost two months with no data loss, read errors, etc. Used it right out of the box with no trouble. Physically it's built very well, and doesn't have the "cheap feel" characteristic of inexpensive electronics. As long as you make sure the device you'll use this with is compatible with SDHC (high-capacity SD) cards, you'll be good to go.
