Practical strategies for promoting ethical behavior

Offering a highly realistic, down-to-earth look at ethics in the workplace, Linda Trevino and Kate Nelson's Managing Business Ethics will help you identify and solve ethical dilemmas, understand why people behave the way they do, and help you design a culture that will promote ethical behavior in your organization.

Throughout, the emphasis is on common, real-life work situations, including hiring, managing, assessing performance, disciplining, firing, and providing incentives for staff, as well as producing quality products and services, and dealing effectively and fairly with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars Disappointed   November 12, 2008
LaTrenda Nichoslon (Montgomery, AL)
Managing Business Ethics: Straight Talk About How To Do It RightI was very disappointed with this items because it is described as the same as the other book, but it is missing chapters. That was not explain in the descriptions. I always order my books ahead of time for class start and I looked in the book and seen that it was missing chapters. I contacted the buyer never got a response then contacted Amazon and they gave me a lame excuse, but I just might stop ordering from Amazon. In the past I have had good services but the last time NO\.

4 out of 5 stars I'd buy again...   October 17, 2008

The book arrived in great condition. No marks, folds, or bends; as far as my eye can see. Speedy delivery! Decently priced; definitely cheaper than buying from the schools bookstore. If you're looking for a quality used book, you can trust this seller.
